- 300g shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 250g spaghetti
- 2 ladles of pasta water (about ½ cup)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon seasoning (or zest of 1 lemon)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- ¼ tsp chili flakes
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook the Spaghetti
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add spaghetti and cook 1-2 minutes less than package instructions (it will finish cooking in the sauce).
- Reserve 2 ladles of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
